      Developed precision spline rolling machines with 3-segments spline rolling at once.

    • Manufactured CNC auto lathe with mechanical loading/unloading functions.

    • 2002
    • Developed a precision spline rolling machine with 5-segement spline rolling at once, auto loading/unloading device and a steering system.

    • 2003
    • 2-spline grinding machine for ball rails of CVJ cage window.

    • 2005
    • Special purpose combined machine for machining the inner and outer spherical surfaces of CVJ cage.

    • 2007
    • Developed a precision rough and fine milling combined machine for PCD of BJ outer roller.

      Upgraded the machining method for grinding machine from platform type (2nd generation) to slant arm type (3rd generation) on machining the PCD of starlike inner race. It greatly enhanced the precision and machining efficiency, and received customers’ recognition.

    • 2008
    • Upgraded the special purpose grinding machine for PCD of BJ outer race to 4th generation. The workpiece spindle performed well, and the grinding wheel system was precise. Thus, the precision and machining efficiency were greatly enhanced. It received customers’ recognification.

      Developed a special purpose machining machine for spherical surface of differential mechanism. It greatly enhanced efficiency and precision.

    • Developed a vertical lathe with 1500mm swing.

    • 4-spindle special purpose machine with rapid drill yoke holes, and with groove turning and precision boring functions.

    • 9-spindle NC combination machine for drilling, milling and boring connecting rod of car engine.

    • Inverted lathe and auto lathe.

    • Combined grinding machine for R/UF straight line of starlike inner race, R/straight PCD and spherical surface.

    • Inverted type hard turning and hard milling machine with auto robot arm.

    • Auto robot arm for handling PCD/spherical surface + auto connection system.
